A common question is how you keep your PM's rather than having to delete them.
The answer is not always to ask for a bigger PM box as there is a better way to save them. You can download them to your PC!
How To:
Open up your PM inbox or sent folder and you will see at the bottom right hand corner a header entitles 'Selected Messages'.
Normally you would delete messages here, but there are more options. The attached image shows those options.
Click on the how you wish to download the message (everyone has a favourite so it is best to experiment).
You will have to tick the specific PM's you wish to download. If you wish to download all of them then just tick the box at the top to select all.
When you have clicked the option you want, click 'Go'
You should get a pop up box that you would normally see when you are downloading something from the net.
Choose the location you want the file to go to and that is it!
So, now need to debate with yourself which PM's you have to delete and which ones you want to keep.
You can now keep them all forever.
