Golden "letters" party badge. Is it a faik?

These are Golden party badges "30.5mm and 24mm Deschler & Son type".

But It is strange, These badges has Golden letters.
In a general way Deschler`s badge has Silver letters.

Do these golden letter type genuine badge exist?

You are correct with your observation concerning the silver vs. gold letters. While I do not have a conclusive explanation, I can assure you these to be considered genuine. Until we have a proper understanding of all steps in the manufacturing process, we will probably not be able to single out the most likely reason for this oddity.

Letters were silvered, but the silver often wore off with wear and cleaning. All of these would have had silver when they were new.

Golden party badge is very popular in Japanese military collector.
But In Japan, there are very little knowledge and information.
off course me too.

but, I found the web site made by Stephen, I was surprised and learned many knowledge.
