Need Help Deciphering HJ Leader Visor Nametag

I picked up this HJ Leaders visor by Erel recently, and it is named to an Oberbannfuhrer Dohn of the Kinderlandverschickung, or KLV.

Is anyone able to read the handwriting, and translate it into English?

Any ideas on how I would find more information on Dohn?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think it says Reichsführerschule.
Have no further information about the guy.
