Relief carving

[Gallipoli]

Hello everyone, I am looking some help regarding a relief carving which I believe to be 19th century if not earlier. I know this is probably the wrong section to post this in, but there is no other I felt suitable as it pre-dates WWII and I believe WWI. Can anyone shed any light on this piece, origins and what it may relate to?

It has a gun, sword, trumpet and helmet, anyone any ideas or recognise the style of helmet?
