My HJ belt and buckle. Buckle is RZM and MMd but unfortunately due to lots of use it is unreadable!

RZM and MM.
could it be KH or KM 45?

the abbreviation is without any doubt KH, which stands for Koppelschlosshersteller.
This was used before the actual introduction of the RZM-code M4.
