It looks good to me...but I'm almost afraid to say so, given the beautiful fakes that seem to be lurking out there on the market today! The condition of this badge seems just about perfect...which may also be an indicator since it would have to be close to 70 years old now...!

never let yourself mislead by condition. there are more GPB's with still pristine lettering etc... :rolleyes:

And yes the discussion on WAF is still going on. Fake or original, it deserves a serious research before drawing final conclusions. :001_cool:

How about you compare the pictures of this one and a known original side by side and note all differences you can find, James ? Would be a good exercise in "determining the fakes". Would love to see you posting what you find !
