Hi to all,
sorry for my missing, but the baby absorbe many of my "free-time".

I'm here again to propose you this question: somebody know if the box showed is a typical EKII box, or is a box case for different cross and the EKII stay inside only for a lucky coincidence ??

Thanks a lot

The cross is marked on ring FO, my little opinion.

Hi Massimo,
That is a very good looking set. The "FO" makers mark is thought to
be associated with Friedrich Orth.

As for the case, I personnaly have very little knowledge about period cases
and can only give my uneducated opinion. I do not think that the cross and case originally came as a set. Maybe Don will have some more information for you.

They do look good together. :thumbup1:

Hi Greg,
I asked "around" and I learned this:
- Case original but not for a EKII. it is for the "Kronenorden 4. Kl."
- Cross Original.
The dimension of EK are little bit more hight than the kronenorder but the case is semi-perfect to EK.
