Hello Everyone!

Thought I'd show a few of my British WW2 fuzes for you.
Only a few at the moment, but looking to buy more!

These first 2 are a No 221 dated 1941,and a No 221 drill example dated 1939.

The No 221 was a time and percussion fuze introduced in 1937 and obsolete by 1957.

Cheers,
Andy

The next 2 fuzes are a No 222 B dated 1944,and a No 199 dated 1940.

The No 222 B was a time and percussion fuze introduced in 1941 and obsolete by 1951.

The No 199 was a time fuze introduced in 1933 and obsolete by 1951.

It was the first long pointed anti aircraft fuze.

I've saved my favourite for last!

It's a 1941 dated No 700 MK 1 drill example.
It still has a lovely clicking sound when the timing ring is rotated!

The No 700 MK 1 was introduced in 1942 and was obsolete by 1945.

It was used with 3 inch anti aircraft rocket shells.
