What can you tell us about the soldier? It looks like he is a young man. HJ helper for the luftwaffe? Am i correct?

No, he is a former Hitlerjugend but now is a Luftwaffe Fallschirmjager. Note the Paratrooper badge front and center. He has the DRL Badge, a HJ Leader Badge or Proficiency Badge (I think) and you can see his ribbon for the EK2.
