Rommel memorial.

Hi,
here are some pic's of the memorial to Rommel in the town that i live which also happens to be his home town.

As I recall the house that Rommel's family lived in (a gift from the government at the time) is on a nearby side street. And then, up the same street, which turns into a farmer's road, is the spot where Rommel committed suicide. I used an issue of the magazine After the Battle as my guide to find both places.

I'm glad that Rommel is so honored there as a National Hero. I wonder if there is still an Army Kaserne that is still named after him?
