I have seen a few, have only one, would enjoy seeing more. Would anyone have a complete set?

Hi Joe

I have about 6 of these and will have to dig them out.

I wonder if anyone knows more about them. I have some of the plastic versions, but my wooden ones look almost homemade.

I will try and photograph them over the weekend

Raymond, I assume they were made by youth groups. HJ probably. Looking closely at mine it appears part of the emblem is a decal then painted around.

Hi Joe

Well, I dug out the camera and took some shots of the ones I have.

I am sure I have a fourth but just cannot find it at the moment.

Taken at a museum in Austria of a load of these (not wooden ones though by the looks of it) on a display card.

I had not seen a wooden one before Joe, so thanks for posting it.

Cheers, Ade.

Raymond, thanks. I had not seen examples with the title printed on paper and pasted to the reverse. Up till now only ink stamped examples.

Adrian, interesting picture. Thanks for sharing it.

Joe C., thanks for sharing them. I had a chance to purchase some more examples but the penny pincher in me came out and I failed to do so. :glare:

That is VERY easy to do when you collect WHW items...you get conditioned to spending $5.00-$10.00 for a piece...when these come up dealers always want $25.00-$40.00 each for them...this is why even I do not own any as of yet.:(
