And a 25 year Honour version. The gold isn't as bright as it looks here, that's the glare from the scanner.......

:001_cool: Very nice examples Don.
Thanks for sharing them. If not for you I would not have known my example was an Honor version.

Robert, a very nice tinnie. Note the Pyramid. It was built on the Marktplatz of Karlsruhe in the 1920's. Erected over the grave of the city's founding father, Karl Wihelm.

A non portable award I have.

Joe And each of our pieces have the roping around the pyramid. Also yours has use of Roman Numerals as opposed to mine. I wonder aloud why the use of the volksmusik symbol and not sangerbund symbol on both of these. Take care Robert

Don, what a nice find. The Nurnberg wappen came to me right off, the other I've seen but do not recall.

Thank you.
Not sure of the right hand one but the lower I believe is for Frankonia or Franken?
Cheers
Don

You are correct Don. I went through the F's too. Must have been suffering overload about then. :) The right hand one I assumed was also for Nurnberg, (the Great Arms). The kings head on a birds(?) body. A male Harpy?
