Hello Bob,
i have absolutely no idea what it is. Found it on E-bay, paid i think €13,50, maybe be junk but for that money it is worth taking a risk!
Will post some better pic's so maybe someone can tell me, what it is.

Hi Lee...I looked over the pics you posted and I couldn't tell the origins of the goblet either. It is an interesting piece though and maybe one day you will figure out what it is.
