Here are some pics from the Auckland War Memorial Museum showing the swords that were given to The Dominion of New Zealand Representative, Leonard M Isitt, at the signing of the Japanese Surrender.

There isn't a great deal of Japanese items in the Museum. There is a small artillery piece captured on Mono Island and also a flamethrower unit. I'll get back there and take some pics of what else there is. This is the only other pic I have at the moment.
