For me it is difficult to give a solid response with such limited pictures or without having the items in hand. The pictures you have displayed are nice quality and the items look OK in these images. I would like to see more detail. Unfortunately the fakers/re-enactors put together some good stuff.
I just want to be on the safe side.

based only with these pics its a hard call..

M44 - I am not a fan of eagle.. or stabsgefreiter patch - I would say at best all insignia are reaplied.
M36 - jacket is good but shortened...

On these pictures, I don't like the m44. You need good pictures for these m44's and some skilled opinion. Jacques
