This medal bar is rather interesting, as it has awards from Imperial Germany as well as the Thrid Reich. this individual was awarded The Iron Cross Second Class, as well as the Braunschweig War Merit Cross Second Class ine the First World War, as well as the Bulgarian Service medal. in 1934 he was awarded teh Hindenberg Cross to commemorate his service in the First World War. he was awarded the Czech Annexation medal for meritorious service in the reuniting of the Sudetenland German area with the Fatherland on October 1st 1938,and also was awarded the 25 Year Faithful Service Cross, which was institued in 1938 to reward civilians in the employ of the German public services for long and faithful service.
