Unknown Armband

Today one of my students did show me an armband. She told me her grandpa was a member of the Dutch resistance. With the armband came some other stuff like shoulder straps, eagles, buckle etc. But the questions is, what is this armband?

Yes, I have seen this brassard once before, but didn't know what it was.
The one I have seen was anyway older then 65 years. It was here in my neighbourhood, so it even might be the same one!

I never have seen one before.

New information is the owner of the armband was with the resistance in Amsterdam (Capitol city of the Netherlands) until the liberation in 1945.

Had some help regarding this item form a Dutch Collector. Armband should be Austrian. Something with the Austrian NSDAP or a likewise organization.
This narrows the problem. But now the question is which organization it's from?
