EK II Issue Packet [Archive] - World War Militaria

This EK II issue packet came in as part of a trade a couple of years ago and immediatly afterwards I had instant doubts about this packet.

I sent it back to the originator stating my doubt and I stumbled upon the scans yesterday and thought I would post them here.

So, after the horse has bolted, was it the right decision?
