Have you run a black light over it? It will glow if it is post WWII.

It looks like well worn uniform removed original tab IMO! Black cloth has the typical encountered texture, wear is typical. Strangly enough the RZM tag is in very good condition. Somehow these paper tags seems to survive very well in some cases.
