latvian ss photo

HI good evening , its many years since i collected ss items my main area being original photographs ,i recently found some old first generation black and white photo copies of the photos i owned ,there poor quality but have some interesting details ,hope they are of interest ? if so i will post a few more ,kind regards ,Michael.
This first image shows two members of an ss latvian unit , whats nice is it shows two different types of Latvian national arm sheilds been worn at the same time , the guy on the right has the ` dachau` late war type and the guy in the 1944 dot camo tunic ( you will have to take my word for it ) has the earlier larger type also this image shows ss collar insignia been worn on the 44 tunic and perhaps slightly raret shoulder boards as well ,kind regards ,Michael.

It looks like the soldier on the right wears two shields, but hard to say for sure because of the small and unclear picture.

Hi Woody , your photo and mine are the same two guys i think ? the dark haired guy is the same for definate , i used to have your photo ,the guy with the blond hair has a lot of facial damage if im correct ? these were part of a small lot i sold way back in the early 1990s but i understand the group was split up , i will play around with the image and try to get a better result for you ,regards ,Michael.
