Police Cross

Could anybody tell mne if this 18 year cross has a chance of being good? The center looks like the zinc is pitted not raised like stippling would be. You can see bits of silver tint on the sedges and low areas.

Looks cast to me- the details are simply not there- I wouldn't give this one much of a chance of being original. And whats up with that lettering?

My 18 year service cross is unavailable to post at this moment. The lack of detail is very apparent, especially in the wreath and the eagle body. Also the head on this example is far more rounded then an original. I agree with what everyone has said so far Rod, and I would advise you stay away from it.

Thanks Guys. I also didn't have a good feeling about this cross. Just weeding out my stuff to see what is good and the bad stuff will be trashed!
