Signatures are tag lines that appear under your posts and contain a short line that could be about you, a favourite quote etc.

It is important to be aware that certain things are not allowed:

1. Commercial signatures to websites. The only people allowed commercial signatures allowed are for the sponsors of the site whose sponsorship contribution helps pay towards the running of the forum. There is absolutely no exceptions on this rule. If you break this rule you will first be given the chance to remove it and if you don't then it will be removed.

2. Anything that can be construed as being offensive to any member.

3. Images - no images should be attached to signatures whatsoever. They make a members posts look cluttered and untidy and divert attention away from the members posts.

4. Keep them short. No essays or poems please. They should be a sentence at the most.

5. NO BLOCK CAPITALS. It is considered to be shouting in netiquette. It will also divert a readers eyes to what is important i.e the post

6. If you are a site that is purely for research and the advancement of the hobby, then you may be allowed a signature to promote your work for the hobby. In these cases then send an email to info@worldwarmilitaria.com to have it agreed and I can add you site to a useful links section.

Note: If members repeatedly contravene the rules regarding signatures, then they will have their right to have a signature removed for a period of time.
