Hi
I found this whilst I was trawling through some rolls and thought it was interesting as it gives you an inventory of items, their prices and there are also some neat cufftitles in there too.
Enjoy

Thanks for sharing Raymond.
I wish the prices had stayed the same for these items.

Very nice, Raymond!
Now, if you can just find us the blueprints to build a time machine, we'll be good to go

Hi
I thought it was a very interesting document to give collectors some idea of what was available to buy back in the day.
There are some items on the list that I have not come across, though I am sure a few members will have seen them available on the market.
If I find any other titbits like this when I am trawling, I will post them up.

Hi Derek
It is indeed. If you need any scans, then just let me know.
The list has some interesting information, especially with reference to the small selection of badges that could be bought.

Raymond,
Thanks for your kind offer but I'm pretty sure I have this on file. This list covers additions so the list of insignia is much larger and more extensive in the complete price list no. 1.

Thirty years? God, that makes me feel old. Anyway, those additions Raymond posted are to SS Price List number 1. Here is some of the full lists of insignia I mentioned.

The Brock Angolia translation of the 1938 price list is, in fact, almost forty years old. Its copyright is from 1970. It should be re done, too, since the translation is not always precise granted the state of collector knowledge in the 21st century.
Peter Jenkins has shown me actual examples of such price lists, and it would be amusing to provide an illustrated version of same with all the objects listed therein.
Thank you for posting all these interesting excerpts. They are very useful.
